How do you raise your share ratio on easy tree?

Be patient with me everyone...I know this question has been asked and answered at least once on this forum, but I'm eager to start downloading again and don't feel like looking through all the past threads to find this info. I need to get my share ratio up on my easytree account, but do not know how. I thought I left Bit Torrent uploading long enough after my last download to take care of this, but apparently I did not. How do I start uploading again once I've closed Bit Torrent?

i use bit comet to dl all torrents into a folder called "seed"

when a dl is finished i copy it onto the desktop and audition it or burn it from there leaving the original dl in the seed folder to continue uploading. once the ratio is up or the torrent dies i use the right click option "remove task and all files" to clear some space on the drive.

Hey Guys,
Just used EZtree for the first time a couple of weeks ago before it was shut down. I got the Jojo clinic and a Police vid and that's it.

Now that it's back, I'm trying to get some other stuff but my share ratio is .19 and every torrent wants it to be .25 first before I'm allowed to get it.

HELP!! I don't know how to do it.

P.S. I'm using Azureus.

There can be a whole range of possible solutions, but here's some things to try:

1. Make sure your upload speed is not capped and that it can accept a large number of connections.
2. To raise your ratio, try capping your downloads for a while so they dont outpace the uploading by that much. It's important to keep the two in balance.
3. Once your ratio is down the drain, its hard to get it above .25 if you don't have torrents to upload. Try deleting your existing account and making a new one. You can start from scratch with a decent ratio and make sure you keep uploads and downloads balanced this time around. Ideally your uploaded amount should equal the downloaded amount. You'll have a great ratio then.
4. As a last resort, just download random small torrents of 200-500mb size, that have lots of seeders. You'll quickly have them and will be able to upload them to boost the ratio.

Notice a lot of this is really just improvising and fiddling around. Also keep in mind the cycles your ratio goes through. I can't remember the exact amount, but once you have downloaded something like 5 gigs your ratio has to be adjusted higher accordingly. Hope this helps out a little.
